Google AdSense
Is a program run by Google, Inc. and allows publishers to automatically serve text, image, video, and rich media advertisements that are targeted to site content and site audience. These advertisements are administered, sorted, and maintained by Google.  They can generate revenue on either a per-click or per-impression basis.

Google AdSense will pay via PayPal, Check, or Direct Deposit amounts totaling $100.00 or more each month.  If the user of Google AdSense does not earn at least $100.00 each month the payment schedule resets to zero (0) and begins again. The users of Google Adsense are required to provide a Tax ID (social security number) and will be given a 1099 form for earnings above $9500.00/year if filing single.

Amazon Associates
Amazon's Product Advertising API, formerly Amazon Associates Web Service is a web service and application running interface that gives application programmers access to Amazon's product catalog data. Accessible via either the SOPA or REST protocols.  It enables products to be listed and/or sold though third-party websites and applications.  It is part of the Amazon Web Services.

Users are required to set up an account with Amazon and create an Amazon Store.  Products can then be searched for and "stocked" in the store by category through a Featured Products page or other Category Pages.  The store can then be placed on the user's site or an Icon can be chosen representing the store and placed on the user's site.  Links can also be placed in Content Text directing visitors to the user's Amazon Store or specific products within the user's Amazon Store.

PayPerPost
Is a website which helps content creators such as bloggers find advertisers willing to sponsor specific content. The advertisers create opportunities that describe the content they are looking for (e.g. feedback, reviews, buzz, creative, video). The bloggers then choose opportunities in their area of interest.

Once the blogger has written a blog post or posted a video that matches the requirements, PPP then reviews the post against its requirements (e.g. topic, tone, length) and PPP terms of service (e.g. disclosure required, no adult content), and handles payment.

CafePress
Sells t-shirts, bags, mugs, wall clocks and calendars. Customers can upload their own graphics design, logo or text, which will be added to the product by CafePress. CafePress also offers print on demand services for wall art and stationery. The site also allows the user to have a virtual CafePress "shop" including an online storefront and website hosting, order management, fulfillment, payment processing, and customer service.

CafePress then ships the orders directly to the recipient allowing the blogger or site owner to never maintain inventory.  The blogger or site owner charges a set dollar amount above the amount CafePress charges or a percentage above the amount CafePress charges to turn a profit on each item sold.
